Fair play Imelda Munster saying what everybody is thinking, they would have gotten for more respect if they had cut the bullshit and held their hands up to what actually happened.

They should have been told the committee needed time to read it. No matter how fast you could read you wouldn't absorb enough in that space of time from a document that size, to be ready to ask all the questions that needed to be asked.

Tubridy would be better placed to just leave RTÉ now and take his chances on the open market. If no revenue implications for the payments made/promised then happy days, let him pedal his brand of sugary goodness to the opposition.
Theres no one side that will come away from this unscathed - everyone who made hay whilst the sun shone has to be accountable - side deals for extra payments just stink, regardless of what the motivation was at the time - people will tire very quickly of all of this but especially Tubridy’s “sugary goodness” - there are just too many challenges going on right now in Ireland impacting too many people for any to give two figs.
