Not a good look. I wonder did he go because this was going to come to light?

Mattie is de facto FF and Lowry is de facto FG, they're seen as more efficient than backbenchers in either party since they can hold a government struggling for numbers to ransom for their support. It unfortunately works as well.
I hope they are getting duly paid, maybe via a barter account
Elitist rubbish post.
Bit of energy in fairness.
Why is he shouting lol
Think that’s the first time I said that. You’re entitled to your opinion, I’m entitled to mine.
So in summary of today's hearings, as I understand it:
1) Tubridy waived 120k he was contractually owed by RTE for a loyalty payment at the end of his 5-year contract from 2015 to 2020.
2) RTE subtracted the 120k from his reported earnings, despite Tubridy telling them that would not be acceptable.
3) Tubridy was on a contract for 525k from 2015 to 2020, and reduced by 105k to 440k from 2020 to 2025 with no loyalty payment due (which he didn't see out to the full term of the contract obviously).
4) He received 75k from Renault (and Renault received a credit for 75k from RTE) for 3 roadshows, he received 75kx2 =150k from RTE to cover the fact that Renault didn't wish to proceed with any more roadshows. He has said if Renault don't wish to do the roadshows he would return the money. But in this case the money would go back to RTE. In which case the tax payers wouldn't be out anything for the 150k payment as the roadshows never took place with respect of those payments.
I can't understand why Tubridy hasn't already proposed this to clear his name, instead of hoping for future roadshow plans to be resurrected by Renault.
Then RTE would still be out the 75k the gave as a credit to Renault, plus expenses for running the roadshows, so how much in total did that come to is my question? That's the bottom line with regards to Tubridy, RTE used him to set up a side deal with Renault through the phoney barter accounts and were caught out by the auditors eventually.
Mattie playing good cop to this guy's bad cop. Nice see them squirm.
He's probably too tall to be cabin crew.
why is this guy shouting?
Lol cos he's acting on our behalf.
This senator is good but might want to lower his voice a bit.
Of which you contribute significantly 😂
It is ether one of two things -
1) RTE already give NK the best deal possible each time?
2) It is left blank for NK and he fills the number of 00's in later?
For a agent he doesn't seem to have to do much 'negotiating' or 'questioning' of contracts/sponsors etc
But then again he only owns a 'small company'
RTÉ instructed him to shout.
And don't forget Alan Kelly , is he Independent these days ?
This is much better. Put 'em under pressure!
I like Shane Cassells. This is how it should be done.
Solicitor comes to the rescue again. Read off the sheet, kid.
It's not shouting - strong voice yes but as I said earlier, these lads rely on calm elaborate long-winded dialogue that they can twist and blur in response.
We've seen several times today that they don't do well under direct rapid-fire questioning or a less than fawning attitude from the questioners.
Blames RTE
starts stuttering
shuffles his pages
again and again and again
Tubridy **** himself in front of Cassells.
Tubridy has been a disgrace in the way has been hiding behind Kelly and his solicitor.
The idea that he doesn't hear every detail of his contract is just bullshit.
Shane Cassell's is the standard lads for the rest of you in Room 4. Passionate and interested.
Yeah bit loud alright .But ... He is getting his point in , not letting Kelly obfuscate .
can we get Mattie back again?
Go Cassells go
That NK document is as big as the New Testament
Let this lad have the next 10mins as well
Where is all this it a going? Is there some end line/goal? See like same one shite non stop.
Well done Shane !!
Great points.
Shane Cassell's has RT and NK on the ropes. This is delicious.
