No it’s not plausible not even remotely. They knew well what they were at and are hiding behind this Renault deal and when the Renault money dried up RTE footed the bill. That’s on RTE but Kelly would have known what was happening, while it may be difficult to prove such a thing; I don’t think it’s remotely plausible to suggest otherwise.

In fairness Fitzpatrick is a disaster, totally unfit for his position and I don't blame RT for being flustered.
