Its Renault paying it, not RTE, but RTE instructed us to do it, we did what we were told, its between RTE and Renault, but its nothing to do with wages because it was between us and Renault and RTE weren't involved, but we didn't know anything because RTE told us what to do

The issue is with RTE. Like or dislike NK, the responsibility lies with RTE 100%. They have fiduciary responsibility for their accounts and declarations.
If my employer publicly mis-stated my salary, i wouldn't care less. Why should I so long as I get paid whats in my contract.
On the one hand, RTE have told us that 'barter accounts' are commonly used in the media.
On the other hand, Noel Kelly says he never came 'barter accounts' till now.
Despite his business being largely based in and around the media. Would someone ask him to explain this?
