A million or two or three should cover the cost of the new mini shredder and maybe a Consultant's report or two.
There'll have to be a Director of Shredding, a Chief Shredder and an Assistant Chief Shredder which will cost more money of course.
Storage will be needed for the Shredder for the other 11 months and the DOS, CS and ACS will need to be deployed elsewhere. Perhaps all three could hunt the rats outta the Canteen for starters.
