Go on, I know we have the people here that could get it sorted π.
Ohh, if anyone here has any contacts that could possibly give Mrs McGowan on EI-243 outta Gatwick this evening a free drink or a pilots message from her son Pat it would be major impressive!!!π
Took the Dublin flight as suited better than Belfast.
EI-DEL going by flightradar
Last night's flight was cancelled π±
So booked now on EI243 due to depart Gatwick at 5.15pm, so same question. Does anyone have any info on aircraft registration number due to fly that.
Many thanks.
G-EZWB. A320.
Anyone got info on what plane is doing the ezy837 flight this evening Gatwick to Belfast?
My mum is due on it.
Thanks.
Weather avoidance is usually as per the requests of pilots, who have the best picture of the weather and the avoidance manoeuvre required (traffic permitting, of course).
That's not evasive action. Fairly standard ATC directing them around storms
Some Dublin bound flights from continental Europe taking evasive action at the moment to avoid the storms near Liverpool.
Air Corps' new Casa 295 up and about at Baldonnel
Guessing a testing flight of some sort.
Wonder what's happening here?
Some hum from this!
British military training helicopters
ALL THE HELICOPTERS !! ?
Is that normal??
π² a 'drone' unmanned craft !? Interesting.
Flying from Aberporth West Wales Airport.

Cronus ??
AC112 up now on ADSB-Ex.. full ADSB
This is more reliable for military, though reception of aircraft at low level can't be guaranteed.
AC112 shows up periodically... haven't seen the Cork one myself, but it does have logs on radar tracking sites, so it does show up.
The logs say it's tracked via MLAT (and not Mode-S extended squitter location), so it may not be broadcasting it's location and relies on triangulation...
Low level coverage has always been sketchy in Ireland bar inside builts up areas, which may be the reason it doesn't always show up.
The Aer Corps helis used to show on FR24 but were removed from it around 2019 or so.
The Cork based helicopter doesnβt show on FR24 much of the time due to a lack of ADS-B I believe
Oh actually, I was watching on ADSB. That explains it.

Thanks for that, just have never seen it display on the system.
AC112 was up and active on Saturday alright, I seem to recall a trip to the islands off Newport/Westport.
Is the Air Corps helicopter blocked off the system so ?
I take it the HSE one should show up ?
Air Corps AC112 is Athlone based Air Ambulance....Cork one is HSE run
Does anyone know if the Air Ambulances operating here, One in Athlone and one in Cork show up on Flightradar?
Have never seen them appear.
Heard a really different sound from a plane last Sunday morning around 10am.
So we looked up FR24 , and it was Turkey airlines flight from Seattle to Antalya (?)
but it looked like it was diverting to dublin as it was just at 14,000ft and descending as it headed to Dublin....
Was strange to hear it 'so low' (if you know what i mean)...
