Surely some teams are looking at hanging on to the Medium til lap 35-37 and then going to the soft? Russell is on softs which have done 29 laps.
George has clocked in about 30 laps on the softs. That is an incredible stat.
Mclaren could surely chance the softs
The fact they are pitting for hards and not softs surely indicates they are confident there won't be any rain??
Why else would they not pit for softs, put in some quick laps, maybe gain some places before everyone has to come in for wets.
