Obviously....she's a complete hack...totally shite about as informed on tech as a secondary school student that just landed their first summer job in a PC World/Harvey Norman.
There's no way she could be let into a negotiation without an agent, she would have to pay the radio station a handsome fee to be allowed intern there.
If you ask me the real star isn't in that line up....the true genius here is Noel Kelly....there's at least 50% of that stable of clients shouldn't be let anywhere near a camera or a microphone nevermind get well rewarded for it.
The last week has been the best advertisement for Noel Kelly the man could ever dream of. If that lineup getting regular work and the media attention on the salaries wouldn't convince actual talented people to sign on the dotted line I don't know what else would.
He's probably delighted at the free advertisement he will get next week as well. He has **** all to fear from any committee if he's half as good in front of the spotlight as he is behind it.
In fairness, he wouldn't be so short if he only had a neck (brass ones tend to weigh you down).

Why do sports people like Bernard Dunne, Niall Quinn and Sonia O'Sullivan need this type of media 'talent' agency?

It's slightly curious to see them on the list. Sonia does a little bit of studio commentary on athletics for RTE whilst Bernard Dunne was with the IABA until recently. I guess I'm scratching my head as to why they would need a media 'agent'.
Fake it until you make it comes to mind - there's no reason but there's no harm to be in the inner circle of RTE's "top talent"

"Lucky bag" qualified social media teams thinking they can press a button to delete a number of years ambassador deals in one go should get special mention in the dumbass tables of the fall of RTÉ.
I'm driving about 25 years and in that time I calculate I have spent circa €50k on the brands of Toyota/Lexus/Suzuki and Renault/Nissan, I have found the build quality and after sales service outstanding in any dealings I have had with them over the years. For the marketing and funding of absolute parasite clowns in RTÉ I will never spend a single €1 on either of these brands again ever.
Wonder if that's the cream of the crop or the luck of the draw when deciding who gets to have their picture taken.
