The law around submitting bogus invoices is black and white. Even you have conceded the invoice was bogus.

anyway, I’d say in terms of detail and professionalism and scrutiny and meticulation, owl Ryan would be way down on the scale. He never struck me as being near the type a professional standard and intellect as say Pat Kenny.
