Many forums have a similar thread, hope the mods allow it here too. I'll get the ball rolling:
Sofar ME3000SP for sale, brand new, unopened
5.1kWh Dyness BX51100 For sale
Used for 10 months.
15kWh diy pack fitted reason for sale.
Bare battery, no cables.
€1600
Yeah the dealer sneaked that one on the purchase list on my last car the phev, without me even asking for it, "optional extra", cowboys.
Sold it for 150 a few months back.
Looks like no good deals on amazon right now at least
Right folks, so myenergi shipped me 3 zappi's instead of the 1 replacement. So I put the squeeze on them and they’ve offered me 800 to buy them or I can send them back. I’m in cork. Anyone interested in one?
MyEnergi? As in a Libbi?
Jesus don't mind me, meant charger (Zappi, tethered model)
How is that putting the squeeze on them 🤔
Could you not have kept stump?
To be fair they're 1000 new, not an amazing discount and I dont really need the second one myself yet but I might. Someone else could be on the look out at the minute.
Could have kept quiet but they would have definitely noticed after a while and then coming looking.
Five TP-Link Kasa KP-105 smart plugs available. €12 each or €50 for the lot.
Rated for 13A. Full specs here.
These work out of the box with Home Assistant, so perfect for turning on/off plug-in radiators etc using solar PV surplus.
are they the energy monitoring ones? - seem to be going about 20 euro each second hand if they have energy monitoring (maybe that craze has settled)
My Energi Monitoring Hub
My Energi Monitoring Hub. to be used to monitor your Eddi (Hot water Diverter) and Zappi (EV charger) €80
No energy monitoring unfortunately. These are KP-105s. KP-115s are the ones with energy monitoring.
I’d be interested @randombar in the Zappi
pm for discussion
My Energi Monitoring Hub - €80
Potentially a zappi in the next few days
Gen 1 Tethered Type 1 (Nissan Leaf etc.), had a fault "Self Test Failed" that came up a good few times, MyEnergi replaced unit for me.
I've been using it since then and it's actually worked fine since. So could potentially work away again (I was having network issues at the same time)
Thinking potentially €250 ONO
For sale faulty zappi V1 with 15m (!) tethered cable

Hi,
Came across this ad on donedeal - seems like reasonable value - anything I should look out for https://www.donedeal.ie/camcorders-for-sale/new-2023-solar-panels-suntech-405w-black/34371472 ( Plan is to to a unistrut ground mount for 12 panels )
I'm no expert but I've been told on this site a panel is a panel when comparing like for like specs. They all perform pretty much in the same way. That seems to be a good deal.
P.S. I've noticed the cost of solar equipment has dropped quite a bit this year. Panels that were €150 in January are now working out at ~€125 delivered. 4.8kWh pylontech were €2k previously are now ~€1.5k delivered and only this Monday I bought a new 5kW hybrid Solis inverter for €900 (from a fella on eBay in the UK. There's also a retailer in NI selling them for similar money).
Brand spanking new Sunsynk 5kW Ecco hybrid inverter, new in box, unopened. Unlike the Solis, this actually performs fully to spec, these inverters are beasts. Can also be connected to wind and to a generator and has built in immersion diversion and always working emergency power supply. Unlike other inverters, you don't need the grid to be down for this EPS to work
Big fan of the Sunsynks. These are basically rebranded Deye inverters, which a strong global headquarters in the UK with a down to earth UK CEO and also a UK managing director
Hi @unkel is the immersion diversion limiting to the export level like the Eddi or is it simply on/off?
Potentially interested but wouldn't be for another few weeks.
I'm not quite sure, I think it's pretty rudimentary. Probably just on/off.
Did you deal with this guy ?
Or has anyone here purchased ?
Not yet as I had to finish the polytunnel before I was allowed back on my own projects :-)
@munsterfan2 Were all in the same boat
@Big Lar FYI GWL.eu are selling 410w panels for €133 a piece if you buy 10. the more you buy the cheaper they work out. i'm weighing up ordering 19 panels for €125 each delivered. a pallet of 36 works out at €104 a panel.
https://shop.gwl.eu/Solar-PV-Systems/Solar-panels-PV-module/?cur=1
And rightly so. No point having panels if you've no food to cook 🤣
