Best of luck everyone!
Was this for the open or interdepartmental? If anyone has an update on the OOM for the open for Batch 1.2 would be great
This is Open. Would like an update on 1.2's OOM myself. 😀
You will be fine as you have already been shortlisted from your application and got through to the interview round so you are a step nearer.
No update on the 1.2 open panel but got an email re clearance yesterday and I'm number 17 on the interdepartmental panel.
Do you have an open OOM number?
@BigElmo early 20s.
Stage 2 shortlisting results are out! Thankfully I scored high enough to pass but I won't be called to interview in this initial batch of Batch 2, hopefully I will be in the next. More time to prepare for the interview of my life I guess!
Just fell short of the 119 qualifying for 1st batch but happy with 117 in the hope that the wait for interview won't be too long
@countyireland12345 Can you give me an idea of your original OOM after the tests?
OOM late 600s after online tests, Open Panel.
@countyireland12345 much appreciated! I’m between 675-680 and didn’t get the call for shortlisting. Must have just missed out!!
372 inter D and 542 open
It’s very inconsistent. I applied in 2021 and got as far as interview. Fell down only by three points in one competency. This time I haven’t made it past shortlisting. Oh well, I suppose I can try again next time :(
Congrats to those that got through shortlisting
I got through the shortlisting 😊 totally out of the blue didn’t realise they’d moved onto next batch. Not going to be called in this group but time to read over all the helpful tips in the previous pages 👍🏻
Really confused how this panel is running now. Does this mean they are still not completed shortlisting applications for everyone that scored the initial plus 1159 ?? If that makes sense??
Sorry what does this mean? I was just shy of the 1159 to be in batch 1.
No they are onto batch 2 now. Everyone that scored above 1159 and was in batch 1 has either been placed on a panel or eliminated.
I scored just below 1159 in the original tests so they have now moved on and shortlisted people and given a score. If you have been successful in short listing you will be called for interview/presentation over time.
I wonder when the next batch of interviews will take place? With it being summer. Have holidays booked at the beginning of August and wonder will the interviews be then. Are they all being conducted remotely?
Thank you. Do we know roughly what OOM was called for from batch 2? I'm on both InterD and Open.
Are they contacting people to say they have not been shortlisted ??
Very hard luck... Im feeling it for you. Keep trying !!!
I scored less than 1159 so was not in Batch 1. They have now moved on to shortlist candidates with scores below 1159 (presume that is the approach they took) and while I was shortlisted, I did not score above 119 (in the shortlisting stage), so am not being called to interview. Hopefully I will in the next batch.
my order of merit inter was around 735 inter and open just over 1000 guess that means Im knocked out ?
I am not a civil servant so not best placed to advise on how it all works. But I would not rule yourself in or out until advised by PAS.
Yes, they are. I didn’t get shortlisted and was
notified today.
😀😀😀 I have passed various numerical online tests for various grades over the years how that has ever happened ever !!!! is beyond me. I have a complete dyslexia when it comes to calculating etc the flexi clock in work literally makes me dizzy so all these batches oom's etc are melting my head 😁😁 trying to keep track. Thanks Ill hold out hope until.....
What was your approx initial score and then initial oom if you dont mind me asking ?
Thats sooo disappointing been there also previously. Keep going dont let this stop you.
How frustrating. So sorry to hear that. Hope next time goes your way.
Always worth popping in an appeal. Never know your luck.
