Can someone please answer were the additional payments to Tubridy actually what he was contracted for and the issue was RTE didn't declare his full contracted cost, or did RTE actually publish his contracted cost but the payments were in addition to his contract? Or do we not know that yet?

NK was told to invoice Astus London for the consultancy fees so there must have been an on-going relationship with them. It's unlikely they'd pluck a barter exchange company out of the air.
The UK company may well have processed their end correctly but the RTE barter account seems to have been used to bury all kinds of everything, perks, presenter fees, corporate events and god knows what else
