7bn organisation here. I submitted a €100,000k requisition for professional services which landed on our CFOs desk and was rejected in the basis that a full cost benefit analysis is required to be attached as part of approval.
It's a pain in the hole but it's the right way. He wants a view on all the additional information to ensure the diligence is done and the project provides value for money.
It ultimately will be approved.
