O'Leary is the only one who seems like she means business and wants to sort it out, find out how and why it happened IMO. I would say she is ripping into people behind the scenes. She seemed instrumental in getting rid of Forbes.
But the thing about ditching Forbes that worries me. was it plan between RTE Siun/Anne/Forbes to take Forbes out of the Oireachtas firing line as DG? Or was it simply a case of Siun/Anne etc wanting to get rid of a bad apple and distance themselves from it?

And , by the way the M of U and articles of Association would refer to to the taking of minutes and where they should be stored/kept - this is part of BASIC good governance

Highly paid officials who turn a blind eye to dubious extra payments and think they can bluff through . O'Leary was laughing at Mattie yesterday ( yeh I know hes a joke but still ) They won't be laughing today .
Words matter - especially when the ‘stakes are high’. Just listening to Joe Duffy and words are being thrown around like confetti to refer to the various organised groups involved in operating the company. Eg the board - which board?;the executive board, ; the executive committee;etc. IMO the term ‘ board’ is preserved for The Board of Directors - it has OVERALL responsibility , the buck stops there and each board member has to behave very carefully re honesty, etc, because if not and a company/ organisation loses money because of being knowingly fed false information then that person is financially liable for the loss.
Any other group under the Board is called something else but mainly called a COMMITTEE - be it finance, legal, hiring, development, etc.
