This always happens in these committees, it's all about heat rather than light. That is to say, the people asking questions are more interested in making themselves the center of attention than uncover anything new from those appearing

Nothing to do with inept. This is just another "Golden Circle" of which we have many in Ireland. As I've said before, none of this is surprising.
