Presumably he has spoken to many of the commanders along the way, sent delegations asking that people allow Wagner through unimpeded.
If they nabbed Putin alive and delivered him gift-wrapped to the courts in The Hauge (or even better to the courts in Kyiv) that would put them on the way to people’s good books….despite all the evil crap they are very guilty of.

If Prigozhin can survive until Monday, if this doesn't fizzle out, if he doesn't get killed, if he doesn't u-turn, if he doesn't come to an agreement this could get pretty serious for Moscow.

The vast bulk of his Army is in Ukraine, cut off from supplies, cut off from being called back.
His best trained forces, the Wagner goons for hire, have turned against him and are grabbing territory and Airfields (maybe aircraft too), and heading towards Moscow.
He cant use his favourite Trump card, the threat of Nukes.
If he loses control of his Airforce he is finished,

This is it. It's like they've been given the go ahead. Vlad looked rattled in his video today and spoke with desperation.
They could be at the edge of Moscow by sundown.
It's seen fairly often in the early parts of a civil war that people are reluctant to open fire. But once it gets going it won't stop and I can't see the Moscow battalions standing aside.
What Russian armed forces?
Their losses in Ukraine have had a colossal impact. What is left in Russia proper is paper thin.
All their mechanised infantry and armoured battalions and reserve units have been decimated. Losses among battlefield helicopters and ground attack fixed wing aircraft and drones are also considerable, by all informed accounts.
The question is, are there enough forces to block the way to Moscow and among there number are there enough professional soldiers willing to lay down their lives for Putin's regime? The regime that has sent probably hundreds of thousands of their numbers to their death and capture.
