If this is legit look's like Wagner are taking over Rostov without a fight. Apparently all military facilities including the air field are under their control. Sounds like a power play from Wagner. Rostov could become their fortress.

It would be pretty shocking if they could just roll into Moscow. I would think the city would be well defended from air attacks, but may not have boots on the ground to repel a ground attack. Putin’s army doesn’t have much oomph.

This was my thought too. A lad who smashes people's head in with a sledgehammer gaining control of trillions in energy resources and the means to build a new rejuvenated army, as well as increase mercenary presence around the world. This could get very messy.
