Damian Tiernan was about to say on the tonight show but was shut down that the year of the sponsorship 2020 coincided with covid so he probably made few appearances. We don't know who the sponsor was. And the contracts are probably all confidential. Not sure he was on social media in 2020, if he was he might have plugged a sponsor if there was one.
The newspapers will be over this like a rash to get to the bottom of it. This isn't going away soon.

Are you sure they are the ones in this case? They are long running sponsors of the LLS and continue to be so. Wheras the sponsors in the off the books payments pulled out 3 years ago.

Has nobody asked the most obvious question about this extra money he was been paid. It's said he was a paid this money to do appearances but Covid hit hence why the Sponsor pulled out but why is Turbidy getting paid for non appearances and why did RTE agree to cover this?
