security cameras for remote house

Could anyone recommend a camara system that would record activity around a remote house I have.

I have a house in the counrty side. No one living there. There's no network connection.

I d like to put a camera to record movement around the house so I can check it every few days. May be something with a SD card.

Any recommendations

If you put in a camera system with a DVR it will record to that making it easier to access the footage when you are there.

Ya that would work. I was hoping there would be a simple single camara that might record into a Sd card. Cheap and cheerful

I have https://reolink.com/product/reolink-go-pt-plus/ and it is solar powered with a sd card. Notifications when activated. No 24/7 recording because its battery powered.

So its triggered by motion? I don't have Internet at the house, but I'd be happy just to look back at who's around.

I have amazon blink cameras. They'll record any movement. They run off battery. I've mine over a year and they're still running off the same batteries they came with.

They need wifi access. You don't need a plan. You can plug a usb key into a sync module and you can access it over the Internet.

Don't buy the blink minis if you choose these. They don't record to the usb key.

They're frequently on sale in amazon so you should be able to get them about £40ish per camera.

Edit. Just saw there's no network connection. It won't work so. They need to have a wifi network for the camera connect to the sync (usb) box.

Yes - only triggered by motion. Records to sd card and sends a notification.
