I was listening to a few pods and two in particular went into great detail regarding the special treatment trump is getting.
No mug shot, no restriction on travel, no bail etc etc.
So much respect shown to him.
And what does he do? He goes to Bedminster and sh1ts all over the DOJ.
The lesson here is that you can't appease him. Any favourable treatment will be thrown back in your face. He's going to go after you regardless.
Therefore, they should treat him like anyone else. Should have mugshot the ingrate and stuck him in handcuffs.

Trump seems happy to dog whistle to Nazis. And he tried to steal the election, which are not the actions of a democrat, and replace the US system of checks and balances with personal rule. There are overtones of fascism there.
If 74 million people are ok with that then they need to have a think about where that puts them.
But with this whataboutery, you seem to be admitting you actually are unable to provide any facts or evidence to show how Trump's current legal difficulties have any comparison to how Stalin or Pol Pot would have dealt with such a political adversary. So you made up a comparison you knew you couldn't justify.
