I thought you said Ukraine were going to negotiate after they were reported to have lost a few tanks a couple of pages back?
Sounds from Tokmak

Ukraine keeping the pressure up
Soon they might get to a town someone has heard of before. This phase is tough for armchair generals when they're fighting for random villages.
100km2 liberated land would seem like v good progress
Something interesting to know would be how many Russian forces are getting knocked out where Ukraine meets them and how many are falling back to what they would consider more defensible positions. I would have to think in the cases we've been hearing about where Ukraine roll into a village without much of a fight, it's the latter, so it's obviously something that Ukraine are going to be budgeting for as their forces roll further into enemy-occupied territory.
Although getting to the Azov Sea will most certainly cut off Crimea getting to the Donetsk-Crimea railway line will also do most of the job. I wonder how far they are from it. I make it that it's about 40-50km from those villages that they are liberating today but it may be closer to the front-lines in other areas.
Have you come to terms with Kherson and Kharkiv yet Kermit?
And better still, and much harder to repair, if a fully loaded munitions train happened to be on that track, when it was blown.
You know what they say….the premature ejaculator ‘always cums first’….🤣🤣
Wouldn’t it be nice to give putin an actual cocke up his tight wrinkly hairy Russian whole 🕳️ administered by a 6’ 8’’ American guy….!!
Hardly surprising from that clown but still what an absurd statement to make.
f
The comrades are having a melt down.
An end to imperialism, NATO expansion, an end to workers fighting bosses wars etc etc is never more urgently called for than when Russia is on the back foot.
By someone do you mean an Irish someone?
Who gives a fukc if people thousands of miles away never heard the name of a town or vilage before, how many people in Ukraine do you think ever heard of Kinnegad or Sneem.
You give off a right "ooh I'm bored, I want to hear of somewhere I know" vibe. Well this isn't a nicley scripted film or TV show, it's real life. In each of those vilages or towns are the homes and lives of real people, and they have certainly heard of them before.
Trump romping in the polls tonight.
Id say Ukraine are thinking ahead in the event that Trump wins next year.
Keep some gear received in reserve.
Thankfully European countries are stepping up to the plate with arms to Ukraine, Germany, Estonia and a few others recently announced record arms packages. Apart from giving approval, the US doesn't seem to be donating any modern fighters. European countries are upping artillery production which means less reliance on the US. It's a step in the right direction at least.
A year is a long time, the landscape in Ukraine can change vastly in that time and the idiotic far left and far right would or could change tactic and back the winning side, once they finally accept Russia cannot win.
Probably no need to even get that technical. Find tree next to rail line, chop it down. Next train along the line pops off the track and the line is out of action for a day.
Rinse and repeat.
If only Ukraine got close to the tracks, had one of these, filled it with fuel and sent it down the tracks towards the Kerch bridge!
If they weren't well known before , they sure as hell are now, and are ensured their place in history.
These may no be major cities, but one thing worth noting is that that these towns and cities being liberated stretches from just south of Zaporizhzhia, to quite close to Donetsk, and quite a lot of locations on between.
It indicates progress is not just in one area, but right across that Southern Front. This is only the start, so no need to get carried away, but it's very positive news.
Joe Biden is probably on his knees, praying that Trump gets the Republican nomination. There is ZERO chance that Trump can beat Biden in a straight race. Trump is repellant to the middle cohort of votors that decide elections.
And are there more poorly trained/equipped Russians surrendering/deserting to save themselves?
Remember the end of back to the future part 3? A diesel loco will delete a tree trunk. Train can also just slow down and shove it. You want something hard to detect so it doesn’t slow or stop.
How the Russians are carrying on in flooded occupied areas. 🤬
I don't think this is the case at all. There is lots of video of wrecked Ukrainian equipment. Also Ukraine has yet to breach the first main line of Russian defense.
This is going to go on for quite some time.
Storozheve.
A republican victory next year for either Trump or De Santis would spell big trouble for Ukraine, which is why this year is key. And let's face it, if they can't make significant progress by this time next year even the Democrats pockets will likely start to dry up.
If that happened, then we Europeans would need to fill the gap. First up, those Dutch and Norweigan F-16s...
It's looking like armoured thrusts are just not going to work against these Russian defences.
The vehicle on the right with another one of those square fires.
