... Not sure if right place to ask- but wondering how do I find out whether I qualify for the loyalty/pre-sale tickets for a concert when they are an option... Would there be a specific link separate to the ticketmaster...
Pre-sale tickets usually through having signed up to whatever artists newsletter, MCD newsletter, being with 3 mobile network or scraping off a friend that is.
Loyalty is typically for rinse/repeat scenarios and info is generally available from those who offer them. If this is specifically for Electric Picnic you had to be at some previous editions but also had to register interest in which the deadline has now passed.
Is there a thread anywhere for general festivals abroad?
Is there a phone number I can use to get in contact with Ticketmaster? I have an event coming up this week and still haven't received my tickets for it.
What's St Anne's like as a venue? Pulp are playing next summer and I really want to go, is it better than Marley Park?
Look through here.... https://help.ticketmaster.ie/hc/en-ie/articles/360019542978-How-to-Contact-us
Whats St Annes like in what way?
Better than Marley in what way?
I managed to get it sorted. Thank you for responding.
any thread on here for selling tickets, have some for Lizzo and can't go now.
You could try https://toutless.com/ to sell them there as well.
Has anyone seen Paul oaken fold live coming to cork next month would love if he was playing 90s stuff.
Just got an email from Ticketmaster, they're moving to animated QR codes, so screenshots won't work for sharing tickets
That was for Fight Like Apes at the Olympia on Friday, not sure if it'll be for all gigs now
Is it normal for Ticketmaster to pull the resale option the day before a gig?
Can't make Just Mustard tomorrow. Kind of knew yesterday and checked there was a resale, but didn't actually want to list it until I knew for sure. Looked today and the option has gone. Gig's sold out, so it's not that they want to flog their own tickets or anything
I know there's been loads of moaning about them recently so this is nothing new, but I hate Ticketmaster so much
Why are Ticketmaster so useless?
3 weeks asking them why my friend has Transfer available for a gig and I don't and they continue to send the same copy and paste response and close off the ticket.
It's shocking how they are allowed to do whatever they want with zero consequences.
I even turned into a Karen and asked can I speak with a Manager as I keep getting cut off, only to be told there is none and ticket closed off again. Why do we have to deal with them :(
Any hints about good secure parking close to Rds (Bruce gig Friday night). The other Boss 🙄 driving up and back west afterward, was thinking even about using Convention centre near the Point and walking out and back.
Is it dodgy walking back there at night? Any advice welcome.
Id say Travelmaster may be on its last legs
Had tickets booked for Bruce Springsteen Night 2 and For Def Leppard/Motley Crue in July but both got cancelled due to low demand
Was very full for the Garth Brooks show last September and for a few summer 2022 gigs
If fairness heard that the def leopard/motley crue concert has not exactly been selling well
Same as the gig itself
Heard very similar, if it wasn't one of ten gigs at Marlay it might have hit the same "logistics problems" as KISS in Plymouth.
I have bought a parking ticket for the Point Village car park with my concert ticket in the 3 arena.
says the ticket is from 6.30
Thing is I plan on being up between 12-2pm
Can I just go into the car park at eg midday and then pay the extra when leaving?
i have never used the car park
is the traffic bad to get to the m50 afterwards?
Anyone advise on average time the main act arrive on stage on a usual Dublin gig. I'm going on my own. Billy no mates. Event is in SoundHouse Dublin from 7.30 to 10.30pm. 9pm sound about right? Don't think there is support act
Anyone know of any car parks for the St Anne's Park gigs? (Specifically Pulp)
Looking like we'll have to drive. Happy to pay for something close by, or is it just a case of staying a distance away and looking on street?
Cheers
Darts nearby so park anywhere suitable on dart line and get that to close to venue?
Yeah. Thought that, but wondered if there was parking close enough to save the extra complication after the gig
Nah there isn’t much options really.
From the 2 times I went there doesn't seem to be too much parking + they close roads and divert traffic.
Dart is approximately a 15 minute walk I think - haven't used it myself as from Drogheda a local company has buses to the venue and it's extremely handy. Not sure if something similar exists from Dublin.
Will also be in Pulp, BTW. Hope you have a great time!!
How far you good to walk?
Watermill Road is coned off on one side only. The spots beside the park still seem accessible.
Any closer is barriers and/or cones.
If you are there early theres a few food options in the village - pubs, Taza, Mint Cottage, Mulinos or takeaways.
Nice one, cheers. That would be plenty close enough 🙂
Heading to Depeche Mode this evening. Might be a bit late to the gig, so just wondering what time they're expected to come on stage?
8:30 ish for outdoor shows in the summer as 10:30/10:45 curfew
Thanks.
