When is your collection date ?
Just onto live chat. I was told that my MYLR with EDD of 22-30 June is expected to arrive into Baldonnell on 27th June with deliveries from 28th June onwards.
Sounds like it’s going to get very tight for end of quarter deliveries. Hopefully there’ll be an incentive for people to collect before end of quarter like previous. The agent also said the car is still on a ship from Shanghai and hasn’t arrived in Zeebrugge yet.
You got more information than I did. My MYLRs due 20-30 June and I was given no specifics other than it's "in transit". When I pushed whether that timeline is realistic for delivery I was told that "it will be within that window".
Yeah it’s total luck of the draw I find. Others have been far less helpful but the person today was great.. even if the information isn’t exactly what I wanted to see!

Tuesday, 6/6, was hoping to get the insurance sorted with the reg today, gonna be a fun phone call on Tuesday morning on the way East haha!

Interesting... Looking back my delivery schedule text came in at about 5pm... Maybe they don't like sending early morning texts...

You should be fine, I'm with Allianz and only changed over the insurance to the Tesla after collecting the key cards at Baldonnell. Took all be 5 minutes to change it over.
Also worth noting that it's only 7k more if you get it in white or black, which personally I did not want. I wanted a blue car and 60k for LR (EUR 12419 more) was just mad money to spend to get the 4WD and extra range.

I was just told on the chat the delivery into Dublin is the 28th with delivery for most on the 30th...... hard pill to swallow with 232 the next day!!
If you don’t collect before June 30th do you lose out on the SEAI grant before the reduction? I have a EDD of 22nd - 30th but on holidays until July 4th.
They’ll cancel your order if you don’t collect before 30th June. You’ll then have to re-order. Suspect there will be an abundance of cars so no risk of ‘going to back of queue’, but yes, you will lose grant.

Yes you can. But just to watch out - scratches, bumps, panel misalignments etc. are fairly common at the best of times. If the boat is landing on 28th June and they’re scheduling everybody for delivery on 30th June, it will be carnage. So make sure you pick someone clued in who will treat the inspection at it were their own.
As an aside - would the 232 reg be worth €1.500 in 2/3 years time. I suspect it probably would, or certainly close. Plus you’d get to collect in peace. I don’t think I’ll take delivery before end June without either material collection incentives or a discount. I suspect both are likely looking at inventory.

Yes. I think people should make a point about Tesla's ridiculous delivery treatment towards its customers and demand that we will only take delivery in early July.
People waiting months while others stroll in and get the same spec order in weeks, false advertising discounted, not returning money on time, changing delivery dates again and again, vins appearing and disappearing at will...

Wow. Just got a text from Tesla to say my delivery that was due for collection (M3 LR) next Tuesday at 12:30 has been delayed. Jumped on chat and got Dimitrie who informed me the boat due to arrive today has been delayed until the 12th, and that I should text back with a preferred slot for the following week!! Carnage
I just got a phone call to say the ship arrived this morning but later than scheduled so all of Tuesday's deliveries have been cancelled, followed the link I got a while back to reschedule and the 6th can still be selected
These guys are worse than Ryanair Christ above!
Shite - I'm supposed to collect on Friday next week - fingers crossed it doesn't get moved.....
Hearing a few different stories, seems they can't even get their excuses in order, at least Ryanair sing from the same hymn sheet

It will be a tight squeeze fitting Tuesday's delivery slots into the remaining days, even tighter if they have to squeeze the weeks delivery's over the rest of the month

My MYLR black/black EDD is 20th-30th and they said earlier today that the VIN i quoted was due to arrive on 23rd & deliveries would start the next day.... so it sounds like they're expecting a couple of shipments that week? How many collections can they realistically manage on a given day? Probably going to be a bit crazy out there.
They might arrange deliveries, as they did earlier this year, if they can't get everyone in the same day.
Or maybe they'll just register all of the vehicles regardless once they are paid up...

Ermmm, I’m confused! I had a collection date of June 20th.
I got a text saying due to unforeseen circumstances I have to reschedule my date, and the only option they gave me was June 6th! I thought all June 6th were being moved out!
