We have this wonderful tool called Flight Data Monitoring. It records a myriad of parameters including time from 50 feet to landing. So if a crew tries for a nice soft landing they can find themselves exceeding that time and getting a warning letter. So its much better career wise to hit the ground with a thump.
If i was to land like both my flights today, I would be fired.
2nd flight was so much better than Ryanair.

Booked a days annual leave just before I finished today, taking full advantage of the gorgeous evening and the fact that I'm not driving in the morning. One of my friends just rang to arrange meeting up for lunch tomorrow and another for a walk and 'a drink ' in the afternoon, that means no housework as I had planned. โบ๏ธ๐
Just at home after being out for most of the day with work and other stuff and taking it easy now but i think my vitamin D levels are topped up which is always nice. :D
Heโs ok for the most part but at times he looks to be in pain and a half of paracetamol works. Good days mostly ๐ He also loves ice cream ๐ฆ
