Yeah I can't open or download, nice pics though..
Maltese reg Datsun Sunny. On the boat from Cherbourg to Dublin a few weeks ago.
Do you think it's an import rather than a tourist ?
It's an import. Driven all the way from Malta.
Rust free, rarer than hens teeth in that condition.
That's 2700 kms home. Proper road trip!
Great spot! Practical Classics regularly publish photos from Malta of cars long gone here. Some are good, others eaten alive by the salt air.
Immaculate Dutch reg W124 I spotted on my travels.
Howth on Saturday.
Lovely SAAB 900 turbo in Cabra earlier today. Not sure if that's an original Irish reg.
^^ @Sir Galahad - love the Renault 15, i used to think these were the business when I was a kid, and the rarer 17.
in other news, here's a nice Beemer and some old Fiat -
My pals RS Turbo. I was zipping around in it today. Great craic but a bit of a work out with no power steering!
South Dublin.
Nice driveway. No NCT on the BMW since 2018 and none on the Merc S320 since 2020.

Lotus Elan plus 2 convertible
Was at a Blessington Vintage Car & Motorcycle Club (I'm not a member but my club was invited along) run from Russborough House to Carlow yesterday.
^^^what's the green car in the last picture? The one next to the blue Mercedes?
Spotted this Triumph Spitfire 1500 (1976) in the car park opposite where i work
Any bike pics?
@Igotadose no idea. I don't think it was with us at the stating point so actually never even noticed it!
@Esel would you believe no bikes at all, given the name of the club! I was at a show a few weeks ago, here are some bikes for you:

Spotted in Tullamore recently
Keep Wagoneer a long way from its place of registration! Fab condition. Rubbish photo.
I think it's a 1940's Triumph Dolomite.
Thanks. Per Wikipedia, the Dolomite was built between 1972->1980. The images I see online don't match the photo above, that car has a very distinctive roofline
The earlier Dolomite was from 1934 to 1940.
I think that is a late model because of the steel wheels rather than wires.
Have a look at the rear 1/4 panel and spare cover and see what you think.
A beautiful 1979 Lotus Elan looking superb for a car that's over 50 years old.
