The title for the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been revealed! The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will launch on Nintendo Switch May 12th, 2023.
I was charged the 99.99 this morning. Delighted with that!

Anyone get a dispatch or anything for ghe amiibo from Gamestop
I got charged for it over the weekend, but no dispatch email yet.
My heart goes out to anyone who's pre-ordered at Gamestop. They're unreliable at the best of times, never mind now.
I hate to be pedantic but it's warranted in the case of Zelda 😁 - when you say "dispatched" - do you just mean the email from Smyths saying 'Ready for Dispatch!' or you got something after that aswell?
The 'ready to dispatch' email is all you get from Smyths usually - that means it has been sent out, basically.
Although you do sometimes get follow-ups if it has been shipped with DPD. Tends to be An Post for standard deliveries though.
One email from Smyths ...
"Thank you for placing your order with Smyths Toys Superstores.
Your order has been prepared for delivery. Our delivery partners will collect it from our warehouse shortly and it will soon be on its way to you! Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update".
So, I'd expect it tomorrow or Friday.

Cant see the staff burstin themselves for a game launch with the shutters coming down in the Summer.

Soooo, thought I had this preordered but apparently not the case.
I'm sorry for asking things I know have been discussed a million times, but I assume midnight launches are a thing of the past, is it possible to download it from eshop at 12 tomorrow night?
Is it likely that there'll be stock in Smyths on Friday without a preorder?
It will available from midnight, get onto the smyths site early Friday and see if you can reserve a copy.

The Collector's Edition arrived this morning, it's absolutely gorgeous. I haven't opened the Art Book yet in fear of spoilers, but the inside boxes / sleeves for items have some fantastic prints. Probably the most impressed I've been with a game's CE version.
A lot biggerthann I imagined, twice the size of the Switch OLED box.
Didn't want to take any chances with the collectors edition getting bashed up in the post so ordered for in store collection from Smyths. Slightly regretting my life choices now seeing everyone getting theirs delivered today! Need to be patient just one more day 😅
Same issue here. Preordered on day one when it was 70 now it's 60, will we get refunded?
