That headline would be factually correct. The court found him liable , not guilty as it’s a civil trial. Conviction means found guilty of a criminal offense, found liable means that a lawsuit was lost in a civil case. These distinctions are important and are clearly not understood around here. So Trump found not guilty of rape is 100% factual.
