The overall definition of sexual or indecent assault is an act of physical, psychological and emotional violation in the form of a sexual act, inflicted on someone without their consent. It can involve forcing or manipulating someone to witness or participate in any sexual acts.
So I am guessing the difference is (and I don't see it myself) Is one you force someone physically and the other you manipulate them to do the act
Right-wing US news will downplay this or run the headline along the lines of "Trump found not guilty of rape". Calling it now.
Have had a pretty bad day myself but this has news has brightened it up somewhat.

Let him appeal away. Not sure on what grounds he will appeal. I really doubt he in all seriousness wants to actually get the DNA testing brought in. He was offered every chance to bring forward his evidence. Talked a big game but like nearly every other time it was all just complete nonsense.

Seems like TGFG is blathering on about appealing about being censored when the Judge warned him to shut up on Truth Social and he still blathered on. Seems like a pretty weak appeal case.

What an absolutely vile human being. This is probably the first time in his life he's ever been held accountable for his actions. He's destroyed almost everyone he's ever been in contact with. He's lied, stolen, cheated and embezzled his whole life and we're only now seeing some accountability.
