I was getting this also but had tried on my phone which has my normal google details. Tried instead on a tablet using my previous Turkish gmail account and google pay and that requested 650 TRY without the need for a VPN so back in operation now again. Log out of your gmail and use the previous details you used for initial sign up and that will likely work.
I can see on my Turkey play store subscriptions that the Disney+ subscription price is changing. I had hoped it would stay at the original price but it looks like all are being hit with the price increase.😔
this is odd. i tried to pay using vpn in TL, but it wont accept payment card now. so went to check on phone , and managed to log in on the phone, and have access to the full content. however, trying to log back in elsewhere, and it says no subscription. hmmmm

Anyone who has the Turkish method setup, it's now about €25 for the year due to lira drop. At 350TRL last year, it cost me around €22 and at 650TRL this year, it's €25. So much for doubling of the price.
