I notice any time I refresh my boards page, or look at my bookmarks a UNICEF Ukraine ad pops up. It has to be closed. I presume boards are sponsoring.
While I don't disagree with it in theory it's the only 'blocking' ad of its type. There are other wars, alot of problems with homelessness, domestic abuse etc etc in our own country.
Why do certain conflicts become cause celebres..a bit like how certain singers become ultra famous I suppose.

I have no opinion on his music either way, I just don't understand HOW he is as big as he is.
To me, he's no different than all the other British singer-songwriters you hear day-in, day out on Radio 2 (James Morrison, James Bay, Newton Faulkner), and yet he's selling out stadiums while those artists I mentioned can't even fill Liverpool Royal Court.
