6 years no?
I make that about a 5000 increase in 8 years, I would have expected a little more tbh.
Parking is 3.50 a day or 9.00 a week.
Quite a jump in the population of the area and that doesn’t even include Sallins or Johnstown 😯
It’s managed by APCOA I think but double check
Dose anyone have the parking cost at Sallins station if just need to park two days a week? what is the rate for the new park near SV? thanks :)
last Luas to red cow and 24 hr green bus to Naas? The cheapest :)
What's the best way to get in and out of Dublin Friday night?
Well they would want to get a move on. I’d say when the total census results come out it will show a huge population increase. The amount of new houses and apartments built in Naas/Sallins has been unbelievable and hardly any new transportation options.
These little Micky Mouse Local Link buses that run once or twice a day are of no use to North Kildares Urban Areas
Agreed.
139 is every 2 hrs, I have never get why Naas is been treated so unfair :(
Another wasted opportunity to include the rest of NE Kildare (Clane,Straffan,Naas/Sallins/Johnstown, Kill) with these orbital routes and into West Dublin
The 139 should have at least been upgraded and integrated into this
I don’t think those houses are any further from the Center of Naas than a large portion of the Monread area.Would have thought Blessington road is a decent enough spot .
I know a couple who are mad to move into the town, and have bought one. It's all there is apparently. They sold their house in the country and have been waiting ages for something to pop up. I suggested they were a bit far out of town, for their age and walking down the town, but it fell on deaf ears.
I'd imagine most people buying them aren't already living in Naas.
So many rich pp in Naas, saw those nice 2022 and 2023 cars around :)
Will be interesting to see how quickly they sell, still big demand out there but these are badly overpriced.
Special price for the Ballymore brand likely. 580 for a 4 bed semi D doesn't make sense considering the amount of similar new builds around. Also can't see the appeal for many. They have a coffee hut in one of the gardens now, ? maybe lack of interest
Special price for Naas 🙄
Aye, a bit too fast.
..
Wow those new houses going up on the Blessington road are pricey! Starting from 520000 for a semi D, sign of the times I suppose!
Is he local?
Jack Dempsey - was recommended to me
Really good quality and reasonably priced
Looking for recommendations for windows and doors,

Celebrating the day Russia defeated Nazis apparently....
The **** irony!
100s and 100s of cars with flags. They must have something to celebrate. **** music also
WTAF is going on in the racecourse this morning?
Is it a pro Russia rally?
When it was a 3 day race the whole town used to get in on the festival .Schools used to close for the 3 days , Main Street would be closed in the evenings to make space for things such as Barman from all the pubs racing each other and pig racing as in pigs racing up the Main Street .Used to be good crack. Now the town is just a passing point on getting to the races.
What used to go on?
