Claiming expenses on HSE My Self Service

Hi all,

I have tried claiming expenses on HSE Self Service (Nisrp), however for the month of March error pops up "Infotype '0017' for (date) does not exist for pers.no." I have tried contactig Self Service Helpdesk on numerous occasions on the phone and via email, but can't get through. Anybody had similar problem or maybe knows how to get through to Helpdesk?? Any help much appreciared!
