Claiming expenses on HSE My Self Service

Hi all, I have tried claiming expenses on HSE Self Service (Nisrp), however for the month of March error pops up "Infotype '0017' for (date) does not exist for pers.no." I have tried contactig Self Service Helpdesk on numerous occasions on the phone and via email, but can't get through. Anybody had similar problem or maybe…

Hi all,
