Never had a hidden VIN, still don’t have one.
VIN appeared on Tesla app this morning and disappeared half an hour ago. I have no VIN at all now

My trade in is a Focus I got 2 years ago for €700, thinking it might be a difficult sell for Tesla and hence the delay

I just found this thread. I got my vin and accepted the tesla vision downgrade yesterday. I ordered at the end of march. Does this mean I will get the car shortly. Sorry for the noob question.
The guess is that our cars are on the Grand Champion, due to arrive in Zeebrugge on May 5th.
So give or take another 2 - 3 weeks before collections, I'd say you'll get it end of May/beginning of June

Do you have to have paid in full before you'll get the text to pick a delivery slot? Or will the text arrive regardless?

No, you will get your delivery slot without having paid in full, but they will not register the car until everything is paid.
Still no VIN or EDD.

Anyone in the May 4-19th collection date received a payment link yet for the deposit? I’m financing with finance Ireland and haven’t received a link yet to pay my deposit
I wouldn't worry unnecessarily. if you have a reg number it is a confident sign as Tesla dont as a rule register until account is paid in full and never advise reg until that happens... Time to start feeling positive and excited about your new car.
The pick up process is very straight forward and you should not expect any problems. If there are any issues Tesla are responsive. I have been through this process 3 times and I know for everyone the first time can be stressful.but there is really no need to worry . You will love the car!
Have heard of 47%, 50% and one at 87%.
I called in to collection centre today to try and calm my apprehensions, but there was a lot of not very positive looking Tesla faces. The usual, I’ll get onto that, and get back to you, please go away… they are all over the shop !

Yes and no. A Tesla rep agreed on webchat to transfer our cancelled RWD balance to a firesale car. The Tesla terminology was, "...to which order we would like allocate our funds". The balance never had a chance to show up on the firesale car before it got Kelly-ed so I can only assume it would have worked.
For whatever reason, Tesla were adamant that the firesale balances would have to be refunded and I don't know of anyone who successfully got their firesale balance transferred to another order.
Still waiting for mine. Got the email last Friday that it has been paid but it is an international transfer. From google generally it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 working days. Hopefully it will be in the account tomorrow. Luckily I changed the pick up date last week also.
So "Ghost" Friday delivery people my delivery is now back to generic May 4th - May 19th.

It was seconds after the price drop on the 14th of April, a white M3P, the only configuration that qualifies for the grant. I have a hidden VIN and it is asking for payment, but delivery estimate is still the generic Apr-Jun.. In fact the three orders I have are all in different stages, very inconsistent:
My delivery is still there. Don't know if thats a good sign or they just haven't got around to disappointing me yet. Tried calling but no hope in getting through

Ya that's nearly worse, I started to pay off just a little to make sure the transfer process worked etc. but will hold again now. I would imagine the same will happen with all those slots regretfully.
