Got the email of Kelly on the 3rd and still no full refund. Does not matter how you try contact them different story every time. I’ll have sent my details 3 times now.
Yes, funny how some people reported getting a full refund within a week but others seem to have to wait the 3-4 weeks that Tesla advisors (Dmitri) have warned about.
I tried to book a test drive earlier, just to see what availability there was, but didn't fully confirm it. An hour later I get a call from Matthew to schedule one and a text message too. You could try his UK number.......+442037448177.

Jeez - you paid the whole lot didnt you? I only got the extra 100 i sent but this is 3 weeks now anyway. Hope you get sorted soon especially when the other one comes up
I’m financing through them too - has the deposit you’re paying on the car been taken away from the financed amount? I haven’t been prompted to pay a deposit to Tesla yet.
I haven't received my full refund yet either, received an email on 11th to say it was processed and could take up to 10 working days from then.
They fixed it for me today, now I owe them the expected amount. Numbers seem to be difficult for the UK branch

Booked in for collection, 2nd of May was the first available date. Anyone getting earlier? Still haven't received my refund yet though. Spoke to Emma on chat and she said it has been sent on April 6th...

I was only given options of 25th - 28th of April for collection, but I'm away that week. I'll have to get onto them to move out.

The last round of deliveries, Tesla didn’t take account of the BH and cancelled many of them.
Do Tesla allow you to push back on collection dates for 1-2 weeks if you are on holidays for example?
