Any one tried the white interior before with kids? Is it too difficult to maintain?
I am concerned with car seats marks and coloring of the seats and not sure if coating the seats will be enough..
originally ordered black interior in Jan, but ordered white interior due to inventory availability and on the fence now if I should collect in 2 weeks or wait for the black one which still shows Apr-June which might never come :/
Lots of videos on the white interior.
Apparently it is quite durable and just needs a bit more upkeep to keep it clean.
Gumbo has a white interior on his M3 P and it seems to be holding up well. He even posted some photos in this thread recently.

What would be the cut-off point to order to potentially get a car in June, if indeed that cut off point has not already passed?

Im not seeing much value in the second hand market and back thinking about this car again.
Put an order in and see if you get a vin. If not you could wait until June. You can always cancel and quote EU distance selling rules to get a refund if you miss your deadline.
How do I do a bank transfer to tesla. Can't see where their Iban and bic are?
And how do I add a reference so they know it's me sending money?

To be honest, there might be upcoming price cut, discounts .. or at least free super chargers miles..
remember they have upcoming big stock they mentioned in May and with around 50 cars in inventory (half are RWDs), they might need to clear this stock for the new one. The main issue with waiting is that you never know if the available configuration would be the one you prefer
Unlikely to get a VIN for a model 3. Most of us have not got one yet, even for February/March orders. They may be on the Grand Champion or still in Shanghai, don't expect a VIN until ship in in Suez canal.

In fairness, did the latest M3 price cuts drop the price by more than €1,500. In which case, if you get the full €5k SEAI grant, you're better off. But, if it comes in after the grant has dropped to €3,500 then you're breaking even on the purchase, right?
Worth a punt, and if you're not satisfied, then you can always cancel as suggested. I think they have up to 4 months to deliver and still be in the €5k category (although some say this might only be after VIN assigned, but it's not 100% clear).
just arrived in work in Grand Dock Dock and Dublin Port is very busy this morning....there is a HUGE ship i saw which looks like a car transporter docked towards the back. its not like the regular ones that takes trucks over the irish sea.

Thanks for sharing the photos. Interesting that the cars with 19' Gemini are shipped without wheel covers on. It makes sense as the covers are plastic and are prone to scratches.
Seine highway left Dublin Port on Saturday. The Parana is in dock which came from Emden and likely contains VW's.
i didnt get that close to it, the side i saw was all cream i think i didnt see a name as it was off in the back of the port. i might take a walk up to the east link at lunch to get a closer look
