Exactly. May 2019 to September 2020 when 1st deliveries started.
We had a 72**** vin in the Q1 delivery. Other purchasers reported Jan 4 manufacture dates on their RWDs.
Just changed my order for MY from black/black to blue/black and picked up the one coming soon. Delivery date April 25 to May 10th. Can’t wait. Got to test drive the M3 and super car to drive.
Did you go through inventory or just updated your order? A friend was looking for blue/black but the inventory doesnt have this at the moment
Saw one in inventory so just updated my order and the VIN was assigned within 5 minutes and it was gone from the inventory list.
Can you pay Tesla by bank draft?

Yes the RWD version. Had been watching the inventory for the last few days and it paid off.
After you get your vin and upload your details etc, when you get nearer the expected delivery window Tesla will ask you to pay off the balance and it provides it's account details for your market (Tesla Ireland or something).
I think most people transfer the funds directly usually in multiple goes as the banks have a limit of €10k or €20k per day depending on the bank.
Not sure if they take a draft. Best give them a ring.

My old fashioned credit union would use them. 🤷
Bring it to your bank, they will lodge it and clear it, use EFT from Bank to Tesla.
(Had to do the same thing last year).
CU can do EFT to you and then you do EFT to Tesla.
They should offer this as part of the CU Banking licences.

CU did EFT straight to Tesla for me few weeks back.
And some of us also went to a motor show in Frankfurt in September 2019. It was a long wait, alright.

Does Finance Ireland just transfer when Tesla request it or how is that organised?
If your banking with PTSB you can pay it in full once you know your get one and are happy to purchase it.
If you do it before 1pm tesla should have the payment next day bank transfer not bank draft.
may have been said already ... price drop now €40,332 for basic model 3 no extras... Cant understand the prices of second hand prices of models 3's on Done deal... Are these sellers deluded or what ...

Yeah it’s quite strange people are putting M3 for 52k. As if Tesla will never deliver any new car post they bought it.
Yes price dropped during the week. Middle of the night. Many of the sellers may not be aware yet.
In fairness to all this my original delivery date for the M3 was April-may so I can’t really complain actually I can’t complain at all ..in the mist of all this there was some madness but I’m still Within my time frame but change to a MY
No you can pay in full I did.
This price is not current market reality. You can make an order at this price, but you are not guaranteed that Tesla will deliver vehicle before grant is reduced. Meanwhile second hand cars are available now.
The app may be €10k per day. Mine is.
In the bank or over the phone has higher limits though. Maybe those higher limits extend to online banking using a PC instead of the app?
My guess is that they don’t know.
There’s a black/black MY LR on done deal for ages asking £60k sterling.

Have MY RWD black/black on order since Feb 4th but 42k for same in M3 so placed order. Both have April-June EDD. Probably a long shot I'll get M3
