Maybe they're revising the price!!
Heres the vid
Half a million for a prefab that is falling apart already.
Friends of mine lived along there and had to move because
all the neighbours were toxic. Screaming and fighting over
parking spaces and outside lights being left on.
It does come with a bidet though!!!
Do you want a big piece of land on your plot that you can't access? Check
Do you want multiple right of ways crossing your land? Check
Seems like this is the property for you so.
And a shower in the corner of the sitting room(possibly)?
That's shown as the bedroom in the plans - I suspect they just shunted the same sofa around the different rooms to fill them up!
Yep it fooled me initially. I thought it was the living room but then saw the plans and so edited the post. But still, it's a bit crap.
It's another one of those where you're really buying a site, but with added demolition costs, and an out-of-bounds pumping station in the middle of it - and, as you said, multiple potential rights of way.
Nightmare!
And its gone!
There's an article on the Independent:

SOLD!
Just kidding 😁
died of embarrassment more like!
And the loud hum from the pump too
Lads you forget about all the diesel refinery money around that part of the country
I'm not sure embarrassment comes into it when it comes to estate agents and some sellers! 😁
I've been trying to make sense of this listing and still can't.
The houses are listed for sale separately as well.
They just want to sell 3 houses to the same “investment group”. nothing more to it than that
Hard to know. No inside photographs. Why indicate they are not in an RPZ. Photograph's ate generic from google maps or from the older builders photos.
Is the owner struggling to get tenant out. What sort of condition are the interiors in.
As the man said you have to be inside the door.
Lovely home. I like the big window but not sure about the the fake wooden window frames. I wonder what that room would be like in a really hot sunny day
I love this house. It is the house used in the Dunnes Stores christmas ad. The only thing that I dont like is the crooked island.
No sleeping to the sounds of the sea then….
Indicating that they are not in a RPZ is to signal that you can charge what you like. It's to attract investors rather than someone looking for a home for themselves.
Interesting house, however I just don't understand why they don't show the front of the property
44 Innisfallen Parade, Phibsborough, Dublin 7 is for sale on Daft.ie
Gorgeous house, shockingly bad decoration though!
Its supposed to be eclectic I think. Or confused. I wouldn't really describe it as shockingly bad though, even though the combined effects would not be to my taste.
I think this a beautiful home in Antrim. Although the wall papers wouldn't be my taste
How many staff, or how much obsession, would you need to keep a place in that state of showroom perfection? It looks as though no-one has ever walked across those bedroom carpets! It also looks as though no-one ever 'lived' there. I reckon they lived in the guest annex and just kept the house for show.
Presumably from an earlier ad to entice renters. Pretty grim.

Yeah I could probably slum it there!
@looksee give me an hour in that house and I'll show you a "lived in" house. 😂
Yes, my house is looking a bit lived in, I should really do something about it but the garden calls!
