At least one bloke has and has entered it in the new VIN column in the shared sheet 🙂.

Anyone with a MY tow bar they don’t need let me know. I’ll be looking for one if my car ever arrives.
I believe there is work needed inside the bumper rather than just having the tow bar separately. There are some MY available in inventory with tow bars that could be useful for you? Not sure what colour etc. you’re looking for
I replied by PM
No - same as you.
Order agreement missing from App but have it in original mail.
Finance agreement also scant on app- lacking detail and definitely different to what I requested originally - have asked both Tesla and Finance Ireland to provide detailed copy but nothing yet
So did anyone ever get an actual answer about the full price MY orders that were cancelled after the fire sale fiasco ?
Hi,
Unfortunately, this order was cancelled as part of an automated bulk cancellation on our systems - we apologise for the inconvenience.
We have refunded your €250 deposit so if you haven't received it already, you will receive it within the next day or so.
Also, if you place a customer order today, you will very, very likely receive your car in either April or May of this year.
Kind regards,
Kelly
Seine Highway is expected to arrive in Dublin tomorrow morning from Zeebrugge. Hopefully it carries the cars with EDD 19/Apr to 04/May.
Hopefully 🤞
Thanks - what a balls.
I had a blue RWD but all that's there now is white or the blue but with 20" wheels - no good for country roads, the 19 were a stretch.....
I still have my original M3 for April-July timeframe though - any guesses to a date for these ?
Anyone doing feck all tomorrow fancy heading down the docks to take some photos I’m sure between us all we can manage a coffee and breakfast roll to keep you going 😂😂
Why did they go that way around the top of Scotland?
Nothing is too much trouble to annoy prospective customers in Ireland waiting on cars.
Maybe the maps behind. It left Hanko, Finland on 7th and arrived in Zeebrugge on 10th, then left Zeebrugge 11th
So Seine Highway arrives in Dublin tomorrow. Some EDDs are Apr 19th - may4th. Has anyone been asked for final payment or are we barking up the wrong tree with the Seine? I haven't been asked for final payment. 3 texts from Tesla about random stuff and nothing updated on my account regarding payment
Iv received no txt or change to my account. Just gives the EDD but no account details or message to submit final payment. Perhaps the Seine vessel is a dud
I received a text today saying that my pre-delivery tasks are complete and that they’ll invite me to schedule my collection once my M3 is nearly here.
I was asked for final payment a week ago. Buuuut Tesla still has my money from a cancelled order so I can't pay until I get it back. And yes I asked multiple times for it just to be applied to my new order.
I'm really hoping I have no issues with this car as dealing with customer service is a bit of a nightmare.
Don't know anything about marine stuff. Looking at its past route, the distance from Zeebrugge to Dublin might be similar either way?
According to the history data, Seine Highway departed from UK 1st Apr to Zeebrugge, before heading to nordic. She might have picked up the redundant stock from UK (hence 72xxxx and 75xxxx VINs) and dropped them to Zeebrugge. She is, hopefully, now coming to Dublin with the cars.
But all is speculation, and we won't know for sure until we see some proof in Dublin port. :-)
I suspect that the route taken is down to good seamanship rather than the distance. In the same way we saw ships back in Q1 waiting off the southern coast of Portugal for an Atlantic storm to pass, I think the recent high winds would have made the more normal Irish Sea route riskier and more likely for valuable cargo to shift.
There’s a lot of moving parts there. I also hope that all the moving of the cars has t resulted in any excess mileage or damage. Shanghai>Southampton >distributed to each tesla centre>back to port>loaded onto another vessel>unknown stops along the way before arriving in Dublin port>moved to NVD centre. Lot of people moving the cars
The floors will be covered with empty Walkers/Lays/Tayto packets.
That’s a possibility for sure. Hope the car will be delivered in an acceptable condition.
If not, will have to reject and wait for the next shipment, or abandon Tesla for now.
What is the situation on collection day? From what I read it’s show up, sign some papers, find your car and then accept delivery somehow? And your not allowed open the car before accepting delivery so it’s only a visual from outside to know if it’s in good condition or not?
if you reject the car what happens?
Show up, get in line with all the other eager customers. Show ID, sign the ipad, get key-cards and go to your car.
Any problems, go back inside and report them. Minor fixes will be sorted with the app and service centre/ ranger, anything major, you can reject the car.
I don't know what happens if you reject it though. You can definitely get a refund if you want it.
Thats pretty much accurate. Cars are prepared and ready by appointment.. It takes a few minutes to chat to the Tesla rep, show then a driving licence and ID and then sign for the car.. The car is available for a visual inspection - (not sure what happens if you request an internal inspection first but I imagine they would oblige). Car is then activated on your Phone app and you are handed the key cards and can access your car and drive away. Any issues you have can be logged on the phone app as a service issue.
I have been through this process 3 times and have always had positive experiences.. Would respectfully suggest that you don't spend time worrying or stressing about all the things that "might" happen.
Best of luck to all !
Did they ask in a text or call?
Possibly weather related, the storms were severe on the south of UK.
Edit, I see josip already posted similar..
Cheers! All seems reasonably straight forward and easy going. The doubt or what ifs are fed by the process to date. The uncertainty and being told different things by almost every Tesla rep I come across and idea of getting nowhere with tesla when you approach them leads me to feel that the same will be on collection/after collection. Never experienced anything like it and iv bought from a few main dealers over the years. Not saying others are perfect but Tesla are far from straight forward.
Also unlike a main dealer I highly doubt Tesla get the power washer out for a rinse down or a dust inside. ESP when there’s 100+ cars being collected.
The Key-cards are in a secure package type thing, and weren't handed over until I had signed. I don't think an internal inspection would be possible beforehand. I also haven't heard of anybody who's had any problems with it either.
