Trump likely to give another deposition in New York today relating to the business practices of the Trump Org, especially misleading banks, changing the value of assets/properties etc.

He will most likely plead the 5th over and over again , but in a civil case like this one that can be used against him as Juries are allowed to form an "adverse opinion" on the basis of his refusal to answer questions.
