Nope just the ask at ccpc.ie - sent the mail there day after the cancellation with screens and chats etc. I am not expecting anything tbh but there is some pain to be had for that messing about
The 14 day return is Tesla's own policy, right?
The consumer's statutory right is they can cancel within 7 days under distance selling rules. After that though, I don't think the consumer can walk up until the last minute?
Return within the 14 days may be a Tesla Policy alright, but the distance selling rules can be applied at any stage right up until you collect or accept collection.
I cancelled 2 last year 6 months after ordering and one this year (March) after ordering last October. All refunded without question.
My choice would be the Y RWD in MSM with white seats..
Have a MY RWD with a vin and edd of 19 April- 4 May… should I be looking at this inventory?? I know is crazy but dont want to miss this delivery window?

also some interesting points regarding the RWD vs AWD orders... each to their own. I looked at the RWD -> AWD as the same price (almost) for what I was originally willing to pay for the RWD so it was a no brainer for me. I don't look at it as a 7k price difference.
Also lately on any trips I have been driving past different charging points at various locations to see what the story was if I was in a EV and they were nearly always full. this is a major issue that needs to be factored in where stopping is ok but stopping and having to queue up for 30 mins to get a spot will become very tiring! esp as somebody else posted about a golf trip and having the embarrassment of telling the lads you must wait for a while to charge before heading off again!
Either way there are no losers. When I looked around at alternative cars there really is nothing in the same bracket as Tesla IMO.
If you have a VIN then you should be sorted.
The existing inventory cars are most likely cancellations and left-overs on the boat.
The EDD is about the same as these so unless I'm mistaken, you won't get one of these much sooner than your current car anyways.
Now down to 9 LRs so I guess some people are buying them even without the grant. 🤷♂️

Same story here, switched to LR as it dropper almost 13k overnight, same delivery window. I called them and got the standard reply, car is on its way to Ireland, we'll contact you within 2 weeks to schedule delivery. Nothing else
if Anything about the purchase of a Tesla made sense I wouldn’t be looking at inventory cars nor would I be tracking ships through the Suses Canal or refreshing a boards thread every 5min for the past 4 weeks but here we are !!!! 😂

Right so.... I was told the last time I checked that once the vessel has departed the txts will go out..... the issue with that is travelling from the uk to Ireland isn't exactly a long transport time! It wouldn't give much of a heads up time to arrange a collection time that suits (if you have to get off work etc) or a few days to arrange payment.
The tow hitch on inventory cars is wrecking my head! just over the grant. Get em off!!

I got a text from Tesla a few minutes ago saying that they had updated their delivery so that it's now "dynamic delivery updates" and that I should check my account for the most recent update.
I did and it's still Apr-Jun. I was excited for about all of 2 minutes. Now I can watch from the sidelines as all the MY buyers get their vins.
I have a vin from an order on the 14th Jan when the prices dropped with a Apr 19th - May 4th delivery window. This is a M3 LR in white with black interior.
I had a red from the flash sale which is now back in inventory at full price so assuming there are a few M3's on the next shipment.
Yes but likely LR not RWD.
and possibly, unless assigned, those that have appeared in inventory are the spare quota of M3's until Q3
