I think the Chinese are eyeing up Eastern parts of Russia. They're already giving central Asian countries, Kazakhstan, licence to defy Russia.
Bleed Russia dry and deplete Western military stocks. Win win chin chin.
It's the only place they can achieve success anytime soon and they've already expended a crazy amount to take 80% of it. So they might as well for it. With the attacks from Kremina and on vuhledar/adreevka failing I'm guessing they're concentrating a huge number of troops on Bakhmut along with most airstrikes, drones and artillery support.
Almost impossible to hold but I'm guessing Ukraine will continue their slow retreat until they're pushed out.
Just wanted to say:
Hey Nikita, is it cold
In your little corner of the world?
You could roll around the globe
And never find a warmer soul to know
A bit unrelated, but...
China announces military drills ‘encircling’ Taiwan
Is this the Macron factor again?
He was making peace with Putin days before the invasion of Ukraine.
This is good news.
These scumbags are the absolute lowest of the low. Unlike the regular orc mobiks they are voluntarily spreading their message of hate death and lies online.
The Nazis were left in the hapenny place by the Communists.
Gorbachev was the fluffy nice Communist and he oversaw the killing of 2 million people just in Afghanistan.
This is yet another example of orc terrorism.
When you try to be too smart.
Hopefully long prison terms ensue. I'd recommend the death penalty but I doubt it would be handed down in court in law.
Trying to be too smart.
The Tibilisi massacre in 1989 is often overlooked too.
They had Russian technicians working on the planes in late 2022 ? That seems very stupid by Slovakia... stupid or suspicious.
If I was a Ukrainian pilot I wouldn't touch those planes til every nut and bolt was inspected. Bizarre.
When Zelensky was in Poland...
The Financial Times reported that the adviser, Andriy Sybiha, said in reference to Ukraine’s expected coming offensive: “If we will succeed in achieving our strategic goals on the battlefield, and when we will be on the administrative border with Crimea, we are ready to open [a] diplomatic page to discuss this issue.” https://www.nytimes.com/2023/04/06/world/europe/crimea-ukraine-zelensky.html
I think you can see how that could be misinterpreted.
No it isn't. Cunning sabotage, perhaps, but not 'terrorism'.
Rein in your hyperbole. There are far, far lower than that, such as those that gang rape Ukrainian children and castrate Ukrainian POWs or target and bomb a theatre with the Orc word for 'Children' clearly written on the ground in huge letters.
What ever you call it it deserves a response. They just sabotaged jets of a NATO member. That constitutes an attack and a technical breach of article 5.
Ukraine needs to make big gains in the next few months or they will come under pressure to negotiate. I still believe if the borders were based on today front line and ukraine joined Nato then play the long game. Move on, rebuild your country and wait for Russia to eventually impode. There is a narrow window of time coming up when ukraines abroad become settled and decide to stay. That's a bigger threat to ukraines future.
Slovakia likely didnt have those jets in a good state to begin with, skimping on maintenance.
And now theyve been found out and blame the russian, except how would the russians get access to slovak migs?
Or maybe it’s true, but pro-Russians want to blame anything/anyone that isn’t Russian.
😂😂😂
No one is putting pressure on Ukraine. They are operating on their own timeline and they will liberate all temporarily occupied territory (including Crimea) when they are good and ready.
the same way you found your way to Ireland and Irish website
According to Twitter user Flash (@Flash_news_ua), who quotes Forbes magazine, since the beginning of the conflict, Russia has launched 4,750 missiles, worth $ 16 billion, on Ukraine... Ukrainian and Western military specialists appreciate that the Russian side has almost completely depleted the Kalibr and H-101/H-555 missile reserves. According to them, it is for this reason that the use of H-47 Kinzhal hypersonic missiles has been increased, which are much more expensive.
Might be why they are increasingly using glide bombs dropped from SU-35s. Pitty the only planes anyone will supply to Ukraine are 40 year old Mig-29s that can't intercept them.
No it doesn't. One; this is unproven speculation, and two; if thy employed a private Orc company to do the maintainance, which is most likely, then it's a matter for a commercial court, not Article 5 of NATO.
Ha I’m a Russian troll now ! Extreme stuff folks
Sabotage from regions that want out of Russia?
No, they were doing maintenance. https://www.defenseromania.ro/avioanele-mig-29-donate-ucrainei-de-catre-slovacia-ar-fi-fost-sabotate-in-urma-unor-reparatii-efectuate-de-tehnicieni-rusi_622062.html
The malfunctions may have been intentionally caused by Russian technicians, who were present at Sliač air base in Slovakia until last year, Naď suggested.
"Even the police investigated, based on our suspicions. There were parts of the aircraft's engines that Slovak technicians had access to, and then there were parts to which only Russian technicians had access. The malfunctions occurred only in those parts inspected by the Russians," Naď said.
Although the investigation did not prove that Russian technicians intentionally misappropriated it, the Slovak Ministry of Defense "lost confidence in the Russian technicians in Sliač, as mistakes continued to occur in places that only they could reach," Naď added.
General Ľubomír Svoboda, the former pilot, also suggested that the Russians had intentionally damaged the planes.
"We took from them an engine that was supposed to fly for at least 350 hours, and in the end, it only flew for 70 hours. What can we understand from this? Perhaps there was poor workmanship, so to speak. I don't know," he said in an interview with the Slovak daily Denník N.
The smear tactics by some in here would ironically sit nicely with the lads in the Kremlin. Must not be any mirrors in their homes.
To be fair, that’s just them being sly. Stupid of Slovakia to use Russian personnel given the circumstances,
The ‘if it walks and talks like a duck’ saying comes to mind. 🤔
There's people on this thread who'd see a squirrel in front of them and would have a loaf of bread in hand.
Another great Russian saying lost in translation. Did you learn this one on the knee of your Babushka?
😂
