I would not be surprised to see them selling off at least some stock. There is cost and complexity with sending items back to the UK. It may not make sense for some items, especially if they are old models, bulky items or the boxes are a bit tatty.
Seemingly some stores are selling off some stock ceap but it isn't online and can't be reserved. Also only applies to stock physically in the store so you pretty much have to be lucky if you go in.
Dyson products were up to 50% off in some stores of late.

For anyone who saw it wasn't in stock, maybe check again. I just got one in Letterkenny. Was showing as no stock when I looked last week but there was one then when I looked on Saturday. Maybe someone reserved and didn't pick up.
They might, but they are under no obligation to take it back. The measurements are clearly listed on the web site so can’t say it didn’t reach something.
Item will not be in resalable condition in my opinion as the packaging was removed.

picked up the ladder from Argos Blanch but it's just a tad too small to reach up to my windows upstairs so I'm going to stick it on adverts. If anyone here is interested let me know. based in Trim/Dunshaughlin area and odd time in leixlip.

my original lawnmower order arrived damaged to their warehouse - when i went to collect it there was a bit of confusion because the system said my order had been cancelled, but i hadn't been told. got it eventually, but i suspect they cancelled someone elses reservation.
I did ,but a previous poster got same (with other model) but there was error with order so never arrived
I know of the error of getting an email and no text which means it's not actually in stock in the warehouse in the UK
If you got a reservation number, an email, and a text, then you will. Otherwise, you won't.

There is currently one at the Ilac. I also have a reservation for one in Ashbourne which is through to the end of tomorrow (Friday) if you want it. i reserved it, and then discovered there was one in the Argos up the road from me.
