Take it as a sign the EDD of 2 weeks away isn’t happening. I find it hard to believe they have no info 2 weeks out from delivery window.

I asked Kelly in my email about my original order from 28th Jan MY RWD White/Black and she said that I would ''very, very likely take delivery of this car in May of this year''. It still has an EDD of April - June so make of that what you will.
She replied to you!? Must have been before she gave up replying 😂
I think only because she had to get more details to issue the refund as I had paid more than the 250 deposit. I really do think she's been fed to the wolves by those higher up who are running this sh!tshow.
Yep makes sense. I also had a number of a guy who contacted me previously, left a voicemail mail..no reply. They really are a disaster to contact in Dublin.

I wouldn’t believe a word of it. I was told it was 99% that I would have my car in March…missed that boat…and the next one.
Yeah that's why I've ordered an RWD Blue/Black with EDD April 19-May 4 but now I'm doubtful about that. I really do wonder what is going on in Tesla HQ. Like who is actually in charge? Is there anyone even or is it just someone in UK?

Hi Everyone, It seems to be Tesla wrongly have put that M3 RWD in inventory as new but it needs to be marked as demo car. Just be careful before you order it again the grant doesn't apply on it. It's a 222 model.
If my EDD changes once more I’m out the gate and walking away.

Personally I think they believed in the 19-4 delivery window but something has come up. Otherwise I just can’t see why else no delivery slots have been assigned with less than 2 weeks now to the start. I would really love to be wrong on this…
other thing is chatting to them via phone and web chat they love over emphasising the EDD is subject to change. If they had information that the date was secure and happening they would surely love to tell you.
Has your order actually been cancelled in your account? Mine is still there, despite the cancellation email.

This was just now. More vague info regarding 19-04 window which by the sounds isn’t accurate at all. A following message under this states that they do not have specific delivery schedule available and are waiting further updates regarding the delivery. I suspect they are gonna handball this order into the may/June order and do it all as one.

i don’t know too much about banking but how can it take up to 4 weeks to get a refund that’s just madness is it just another way for them to hold on to money in there accounts.

They legally have obligation to refund you within 14 days (calendar, not business) as per Consumer Rights Act 2022. If they delay this, report to CCPC.

Yeah, Kelly said 5-7 days, when I reply back with the details, Steph (UK) assisted and said refunds are process via Netherlands and will take 2-4 weeks. What sort of BS is this. SEPA transfer within EU would not be any where near that.
Don't pay until the final slot for delivery is available. See above horror story regarding potentially having to wait up to 2-4 weeks to get it back.
So if we have a VIN, the car is built but may or may not be shipped yet? Did I understand that correctly?
