Haven’t received the email yet, but the car was already cancelled in the account, as per the above screenshot.
The way Tesla has been dealing with this case is laughable. Regardless of the debatable term of “price error”, at the very minimum Tesla should make their correspondences accurate and respectful. “We have received your cancellation request” - at least be responsible and admit that the cancellation was forced upon the customer, as I have never raised such request…
and then there were....

Another man down. Just got the email to say my car has been cancelled and I will receive a 250 euro refund. No mention of the other 22500 I had paid though. Now to put my reply together and contact the CCPC.

Technically a non Firesale order reduced by Tesla then... most likely you wont show up on a list they pull for sale orders then... Interesting. I hope you do slip through, someone needs to!

Our order has now been cancelled too. MYLR with Inductions. Whatever about the discount, but just annoyed Tesla told us to cancel our other orders. We cancelled in good faith but in hindsight should have kept them just in case. Live and learn.

Does this mean delivery is close? My original order for M3 changed to this today. Still no VIN
I spent about 30min on the phone this morning with a very helpful gentleman, John, at the CCPC. He listened to my situation, spent time working through the different pieces of legislation and explaining how they may apply to me and answered any questions I had. As expected, unfortunately in this case Tesla are within their rights to cancel the order, even if it was fully paid. The only recourse could be through "misleading advertising" if I felt I was misled he could spend more time going down that avenue.
He agreed it was handled very poorly and suggested I write a formal response to the email from Kelly and, if possible, meet with someone from Tesla face to face to find an agreement that would work for both parties.
I then headed to Sandyford and met with Kelly. She was very apologetic about the situation, agreed it was a poor experience for customers but ultimately it was a pricing error and Tesla made the decision to cancel all orders and refund customers. Everyone will receive the same cancellation email (which we've all seen) and following on from that anyone who had paid anything extra off their cars will receive a second email confirming their full refunds are being processed. The excuse of 'not enough staff' was made when queried why we weren't called ahead of an email out of the blue cancelling orders. She was also surprised to hear that the web support team were confident in cancelling my older orders on account of the sale car having a VIN and delivery date (the more I deal with web chat the less confidence I have in anything they say/do).
I am extremely lucky that I was in the market for a standard RWD MY, I placed two new orders yesterday and have new VINs for both. One with a delivery window of April 10 - April 25 and the second with the standard April 19 - May 04. Kelly confirmed deliveries will not start until 19 April, unsure why the first delivery window is different. Unfortunately the monies I paid cannot be moved to one of these orders as the refund is already being processed. I was concerned my new order would be cancelled if I don't get the refund from Tesla quickly enough to make payment, Kelly took a note of my preferred order (Blue RWD) and promised it will not be cancelled due to their mistake.
I do feel for Kelly, she's been put in the difficult position of communicating the decision by the higher ups and dealing with the complaints. She conceded it was a poor experience and could only apologise.
Personally I'm glad I made the effort to meet with Kelly and express my frustration face to face, and encourage the rest of you to email or meet with her so there is a record of our displeasure with how this was handled. Unfortunately, I feel that's as far as we can go with this.

Sounds like there is nothing to be done but how did you get an order in yesterday and have a vin/delivery date already?
I and others placed orders after the firesale debacle for Standard and LR MY but no updates on those.
Even more annoyance from them.

How did you get VIN's for your new orders so quickly? And such early delivery dates? I've an order in for black/black MY RWD for over 2 months now and I've no VIN and it's showing April-June delivery!!

I placed an order for a MSM MY RWD and a Blue MY RWD. I'll only be taking up the blue one. If any of the #FlashSale80 can't get a VIN for the same delivery window I'm happy to add their registration info to my MSM order and have them pay me the deposit and pay Tesla what's owed. Send me a DM and we can work that out.
Edit: I just found out that registering a car I've ordered on my account to a different user is a huge headache and can take weeks after collection to fully sort out. Instead of doing this I'll cancel the MSM and it will go to whoever is next in line.
Do you have an email address for Kelley that folks could use?
I was just thinking the exact. My original order was 14th Feb.. still no VIN or delivery dates.
Also @Pop'n'Fresh no mention of a good will gesture from Kelly then? Free Supercharger KMs or credits?
I had a Black/Black order in for a while too that never got a VIN - that's a popular spec I guess since the paint is free. Change the colour and you might get an earlier delivery.
