Anyone dealt with a chap named Conan here in Dublin? He was very helpful coming up to the delivery of my MY a couple of weeks ago as I had issues with payment not automatically allocating to my order.

Jesus, Kelly needs to learn how to use a marketing/email automation tool. She could have had all this done in 30 mins with custom tokens and an email list.
This slow roll out of emails is ridiculous, she hasn't a notion.
Bots ain't that slow.
I work in email marketing/Lifecycle and can't figure out how she is doing it.
Presume it's just a manual process she is going through which must be soul destroying. She made a balls of it already today emailing the wrong group of buyers. She is probably terrified to automate it again.
I assume the auto reply email added means replying is a waste of time. Perhaps reply to her direct email without the @reply.tesla
To be fair, this seems ok. I got an MY week before last. Seems to have a suspension rattle so logged it in the app last night and chose this coming Friday for a ranger visit. Had a call today offering to come to me (I'm in Cork) basically any day this week, went with Wednesday morning in the end.
I'm heading to Sandyford tomorrow to hopefully speak with Kelly, web chat and UK sales don't cut the mustard on this issue. Your screenshot of the Irish website will be very helpful thanks @og2k7.

Wrote back to say that I don’t agree they were advertised as ex-demonstrator or showroom. They were in the new inventory marked coming soon with a price adjustment.
Also asked to cancel my RWD order, not happy to proceed with this messing about and TV being a load of rubbish.

Make sure to reply without the @reply.tesla address. Looks like it was added to stop replies hitting the inbox directly and probably to a generic inbox that like the Dublin sales email everything gets ignored.
From the 3 different people in Tesla I have had email contact with, the "reply" was added to all of their addresses when replying. I've never seen that before, and I removed the "reply" when replying. Still reached the right person.
The whole thing is a farce. Not even a good will gesture… like credits for supercharging on an existing order.. which we all know they can easy apply.. but nothing just so long and good luck.
Has anyone asked for some goodwill gesture because of this?

Can’t get through to them. The guys in the uk can’t offer much help other than relay a message to Dublin sales team but it’s proving impossible to make contact other than to walk into the store.

I collected one last year and they gave a valet voucher because it wasn’t clean and also a €100 store voucher for the hassle.
But you are correct, no point dealing with uk web chat, you have to get that from someone local.

Is it established that the cancellation email for cars ordered last week but not the flash sale ie. at full price with delivery date April 19th to May 4th was sent in error?
