I replied to her email pointing this out but heard nothing

I was about to jump on the Tesla train with this fire sale but not now. I don’t get emotional about it. I didn’t get the bargain I thought. I move on.
Take some anger out over on the bargain alerts forum. I remember grabbing TV’s from Argos on fire sales that were cancelled too. It happens. That’s life ❤️
I did this on Thu after a call with their UK support to confirm the order.
originally applied for loan on Feb from an post with 5.9% rate and was approved, this was because initial delivery was feb-mar.
I had 60 days to sign the docs so they can transfer the money (which was till 1st April), so I signed the docs and get the money transferred to me during weekend.
if i didnt take it, new application/rate from anpost with 7.5% so it did make sense to me since I already got the confirmation
I had 2 orders cancelled, one was for a family member. Both were flash sale M3 LR's. Emails came about 80 mins apart...funny enough the higher order number was cancelled first...

I do not accept that this was a pricing error and seek further clarification on this matter.
The onus is on you to provide proof of a pricing error if you are relying on it to cancel the contract.
I will report this issue to the Competition and Consumer Protection and will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary.

You have cooling off period so can return the money without penalty.
Now I ended up with money in account and discounted car will be cancelled and the original one still shows apr-jun .. I am super annoyed by this
No my full price NON fire sale car was cancelled by Kelly, I also emailed her back immediately but the car remains cancelled.
Sure, but this is the frustrating part. If I returned the money during the cooling period (which I am not sure if there will be penalty or not) and then tesla confirm a date on may, I will have to apply for a new loan and pay +1.6% more interest !!
It appears the sales across Europe have ended. Or at least in uk Spain and France which I looked at. Coincidence the computer says no emails came today too?

however, tesla Inc. have sold 429k Teslas in Q1 2023 and Unfortunately They operate by the Ryanair motto “ if you don’t like it, Fcuk off !”
they know they are offering a quality product that is miles ahead of anyone else, and at a price that cant be beat.
I feel genuinely sorry for everyone on here who has been shafted over the last 7 days, and hopefully when you eventually receive your car, the memory of the appalling treatment by Tesla will fade. It truly is an amazing car.

Kelly made a complete balls of her job and then pissed off all customers, both those impacted and those not supposed to be impacted by the bad news.

Ring tesla 3 times and average all the info they give you. Minus 2 and add 50. Then delete that and just see how it plays out.

The other worrying part for me now is that if you can not reach Dublin guys for basic issue like this .. what will happen if i actually buy the car and had issues with it! Will i still be routed to UK team that dont have any clue about Ireland!!!!
yes, it is a good car and cheaper than alternatives like ionic5/kia but this is really a big red flag for me now
You don’t deal with the Dublin sales team for issues. The service department is probably the only section that actually works well to be honest.
From facebook posts, it looks many have issues with basic repairs and cars delivered without testing, also they dont do body repairs and refer to other garages here which is a concern.

I did the exact same thing, also An Post (like most) allow top up payments.
Agreed that alternatives are limited but resale values could be a serious concern given all that’s gone on. The day you buy is the day you sell and all that.
