I have been in enough corporate situations where panic can lead to immediate actions that later have to be changed (i.e. get on the phones now,.. nothing in writing...) Their is probably a better than average chance they acted (internally) with a knee jerk, before looking at what the legal ramifications are or them (Tesla Ireland/UK) not understanding their own promotion. Its clear as day it wasn't a pricing error, but a pan European promotion (that's still live today..). This has the feel of something that will go away at this point. If the people on the end of the phone in Tesla UK&IE) still have not received clear direction (after 48 hours) to say its an obvious error and we are rescinding the offer, but to say today it all looks fine on my end and we are "aware of the rumours" but everything is "as is" from your order and the discount will be applied. Then at this point I would give it a better than average chance this promotional offer will be upheld. This was completely seperate to the end of QTR Supercharger offer, completly seperate. Remember it was offered on 3 seperate occasions.

Forgive me but it's disheartening to say that if Tesla gives a definitive answer next week, we'll have to accept the outcome because they'll have the support of their own strong legal team before they make any decisions.

Yeah same. If they are going to cancel them or whatever then it's weird that they're progressing the orders
Keep us updated... You seem to be progressing with it. Interesting to see what they say if they try to cancel with you while simultaneously asking for trade in info.
Could that just be an automated process? Like I get the impression there is a timeline that your order progresses through similar to asking for full payment before delivery but your told by the staff no need to do this until Tesla contact you..

My price details were updated today with a request to complete payment at the reduced cost ,good news i think.

Its more than 48 hours since they noticed. I was in the Sandyford store at 3:30pm on Wednesday and was told it was a price error and we'd be contacted that day by email or phone to cancel the order. Crazy they still don't have consistent comms since they've had more than enough time.
Still waiting for SEAI grant deduction to apply to my price deducted MYLR + Induction. Although I believe many people have been having this issue for even non price reduced orders

Yeah it’s come up numerous times to be fair (understatement!).
Mine has updated to show the adjustement also. While it was always present on the order agreement and it's still not showing the correct price here (€49871 actual final price), the account page showing the discount now is a good step.

That's actually - essentially - correct as it's missing the €5k grant reduction. Account for that and price is bang on.

I know but the reduction of €5520 wasn't showing before today.

Understood, for sure mine had the reduction in the order agreement and on the breakdown on my account from the start. SEAI grant missing like everyone else.
They might not be able to give SEAI grant since it was over grant but are given the reduction instead.
Pretty sure @mun1 got the SEAI grant after his reduction.
