Yes as gumbo said it’s in terms, uk guy in call center today asked me what’s wrong with the car when I advised I would be returning it. I told him nothing wrong just exercising my right. He didn’t ask any further or very helpful. Advised up to 28days it could take for refund to be processed.
I already sold my car and I needed one. I also knew about the 14 days beforehand so I am ok to pay the 0.55 Euro/km.
How did you do the return? Did you call them or send them an e-mail?

I got on the chat today, they cancelled by order whilst I was on the chat and confirmed a refund in 14 days.

Ya it’s done Dublin to cork and not much more. 500kms up on it. Maybe 800kms by time I get it back.
have a car for April so ok that way, can leave the y Parked until I take it up

The "order agreement" seems to have gone missing from the account today. Anyone else seeing this? I didn't have a VIN assigned and had a generic Apr-Jun estimated delivery date like many others.

Seeing the same. Amount due is now updated to show the missing addition of VRT, but the pdf order agreement is now missing. Thankfully I had saved it down.
You should also have a copy of the order agreement in the confirmation email Tesla sent right after you placed the order.
I am ok, I have the old order agreement saved too. Just found it strange and I suspect there maybe positive news as the M3 white all standard may likely come with reduced VRT and hence the order agreement is getting updated(a bit optimistic).
My M3 order is now missing the the order agreement too. Doesn't bother me though because I switch to the Y in fire sale
I am wondering those who collected their cars and returning due to fire sale pickup, are those cars going back to inventory or being sold as used? Never saw used on Tesla website hence wondering
You have 14 days to notify them of return & a further 14 days to return car, so could be a while before they appear. Dpending on mileage, I'd say they show up as "new" inventory like the current M3 inventory that are for sale with mileage on them.
Has anyone on here who has notified Tesla of a return got an acknowledgement/communication from Tesla yet?
No idea, the whole process is bonkers, someone can swoop in and get a new MY at a discounted price today over someone on the waiting list for months!? How is that fair?

On the positive side, the 14 days to return from date of cancellation gives us time to arrange an alternative at least.
In the meantime I've logged a service request to resolve a bad rattle in the rear passenger side and multiple (10+) scratches on the alcantara on the drivers door. It looks like it's been pawed by a wild beast. Also adding the bubbling on the paint protection. Not had any feedback so far.
There is no discounted price today. But any general price reduction is passed on to existing order holders too so they all benefit.

Yeah, i have asked that question on twitter it is possible a mirrored images considering shanghai makes RHD mostly.
Mirrored image makes sense alright.
