The school shooting craze kicked off in 1999 but the overall numbers seemed to be dropping until right around 2013. I wonder what happened then because there is a big uptick in numbers.
Aside: Pretty amazing increases in vehicle safety over the course of that 20 year period. Number of deaths cut in half.

I would almost guarantee that everyone has the ingredients to make one in their home. I'm obviously not going to give out a list, but they are all very common kitchen items. A 6yo can on online and find it same as a 16 or 60 year old.
