Sitting up watching TV and drinking lucozade. I got whole 2/3 hours sleep last night. I'm up listening to the birds chirping knowing there's no point trying again as if I sleep I'll sleep to evening time .
Happens way too often, awake with nowhere near enough sleep and no option but carry on 🙄
Sitting in a B787-10 for what should be a 6 hour flight, at least I can catch up on my sleep.

I've had such a morning 🤬🤬 just before I got home, to put the cherry on top, I stumbled and jerked something in my already messed up back.. Extra pain meds in, hopefully I can move later. Just feck right off day! That's what I get for being in a good mood Thursday

My anxiety has been very, very bad the past couple of days. Doing a lot of catastrophising. OH has been an angel in being supportive but I’m filled with worry and dread. 😔😢

One Mam went to mow , went to mow the meadow.... Ok , so it was only one (big) lawn but if I'd left it grow any longer I would have had to ask the farmer across the road for a few of his cows for a while 😂 Couldn't face cutting the other one . tomorrow hopefully 🤞
